The ongoing systematic quality control of the cooling lubricants with our all-inclusive laboratory equipment Sanirent 2 offers you the possibility - based on the hereby instantly generated objective and exact measurement results  - to make use of the cooling lubricant as much as possible and in the most optimal way. Furthermore, the work with the working tools can thereby proceed in an optimal way, too; Last but not least, the machines will be continously be protected from corrosion and at the same time the health of the employees is being maximised.

With the cooling lubricant test kit the following analyses can be performed:

• Determination of the purity • Determination of the nitrate

• Determination of the nitrite

 • Determination of the pH
• Determination of the concentration

 "Pocket"-Digital hand-refractometer PAL-102S

The digital  “Pocket”-refractometer PAL-102S was developed for the control of cooling lubricants. It is most suitable for the measurement of dilutions as well as for the measurement of concentrations of hydraulic oils and liquid detergents.
